Welcome to 2019!
There are major changes coming for our library this year! During first term new carpeting will be laid down, new shelving will be aquired and new glass bi-fold doors will be replacing the northern wall facing out onto the balcony.
With a completely new design in mind we plan to modernise our library by the end of the year and bring it full force into the 21st century! New furniture, artwork and technology will allow it to truly develop into a 'Collaborative Learning Hub' - a flexible and dynamic space for all teachers, students and parents to enjoy.

The library will be open once again on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this year.
Home borrowing will commence in Term 1 Week 3 for all classes (except for the Kindergarten). Please remind your child/ren to bring their library bags and books to return on their library day each week. For those children in Stage 3 it is not compulsory to have a library bag in order to borrow.
Borrowing limits are as follows:
Kindergarten: 1 book Semester One and 2 books Semester Two
Stage 1: 3 books
Stage 2: 4 books
Stage 3: 5 books
The library will be open for catch up/extra borrowing sessions, quiet activities and computer passes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday second half of lunch.
Chess coaching and practise will also take place on Wednesdays.
